What is SkyVault?
SkyVault is a browser-based cloud storage service for
storing, organising, uploading, downloading and sharing
your files securely.
Do I need to install an application?
No. SkyVault v1 works directly through a modern web browser.
You can access it from Windows, macOS, Linux, Android or
iPhone without installing dedicated SkyVault software.
What does Free Beta include?
Free Beta currently includes a 5 GB storage allocation,
browser access and sharing tools, with no subscription,
payment or checkout. Beta allocation and availability may
evolve as SkyVault prepares for launch.
Are paid storage plans available?
No. Paid options marked Coming soon are informational
previews only. SkyVault does not offer a subscription or
checkout flow during Free Beta.
How do I delete my account?
Account settings include a protected deletion flow.
Download anything you need before confirming because
account deletion is intended to be permanent.
Can I share files with other people?
Yes. You can create secure sharing links for selected files
and folders directly from your SkyVault browser interface.
Can I request more storage during Free Beta?
Not currently. Additional and custom storage are not
available during Free Beta. Future options will be
announced when they are ready.
Should SkyVault be my only backup?
No. Free Beta does not replace your backup strategy. Keep
another independent copy of every important file under
your control.
